Keepsakes

All Private cremations include a lock of hair, urn with remains, one clay paw OR ink print, and cremation certificate.  

Your furry loved one will be hand delivered back to you within a timely manner, usually within a week. 

The urn in the picture is the urn that will be received back. If a different urn is wanted, please visit the cremation website (attachment on other side) and let Dr. Batts know. This is additional costs for different urns.
