The easiest way to make an appointment is by contacting Dr. Batts via phone/text at (724) 591-1220. Please feel free to leave a message if no answer and you will be called back ASAP. Other option would be via our Facebook page or under our contact us section on the website.

Areas most commonly served include: Greeneville, Jonesborough, Johnson City, Morristown, and Kingsport. This is not a comprehensive list, but hits the more popular areas.  Please contact us if you would like to see if we will come to your area. Within an hour of Greeneville there is no extra charge for gas/mileage but anything >1 hour may have an extra charge.

Euthanasia is a difficult decision and sometimes things happen unexpectedly. Generally, 24 hours’ notice for an appointment is enough. Most times, same-day appointments are available but they are not guaranteed.

I understand putting your loved one to sleep is a very difficult decision and is a very emotional one, so we do not rush the process of saying goodbye. Upon our arrival, a signature is needed to approve of the process. Once you are ready an injection will be placed into the thigh muscle to help relax your loved one. This injection helps to relax the patient to have a peaceful goodbye. Once you are ready, the last injection will be given, usually in the back leg so you have the option of being at your loved one’s face. 

If private cremation was chosen for aftercare, your loved one will be transport to be cremated by us and their urns will be delivered back to your home, usually within a week.

Euthanasia packages start $350 for clients who choose to bury their pets at home. If burying at home is not an option for you, we also work with Pet Cremation Services of East Tennessee where we can do a communal cremation or private cremation. All prices are based on size and cremation type (private vs communal). All prices and packages can be found under the services and fees section of the website. The prices listed are the total price.

Accepted payment forms include major credit cards and cash. We are unable to do payment plans.
